City of Ozark Water, Sewer and Trash Service:
Residents of Waterford Cottages by the Lakes receive water, sewer and trash service through the City of Ozark.  While you are not required to use Republic Services through the City of Ozark, they offer the lowest cost based on their contract with the City.  Trash pickup is on Monday mornings by 6:00am, so please have your trash and recycle bins out on Sunday night to ensure pickup.
