Architectural Committee

If you would like to make any exterior changes/improvements to your home, you must first get written approval from the architectural committee. Please use your PayHOA account to submit a request form to the Architecture Committee. This allows us to review your request and approve it with status updates and tracking throughout the process.

Submissions must include an address, detailed description of the requested changes and/or improvements, measurements (if applicable), colors, contractor name and phone number (if applicable), etc.

SOLAR PANELS

Solar panels can be installed on homes at Waterford. However, before installation the homeowner must complete the approval process with the Architectural Committee. Failure to do so can result in fines. Download and complete the Solar Panel Approval form to get started. You will need to upload the completed form to PayHOA when you submit your request.

IMPORTANT:

Any changes/improvements made without written approval by Architectural Committee may result in fines being assessed to your account.

Requests must be submitted through the PayHOA application.
