If you would like to make any exterior changes/improvements to your home, you must first get written approval from the architectural committee. Submissions must include a detailed description, measurements (if applicable), colors, contractor name and phone number (if applicable), etc.
Any changes/improvements made without written approval by architectural committee may result in fines being assessed to your account.
